Day 1 - Munich

Your journey begins with a private transfer from Munich Airport to Rosewood Munich. After some time to unwind, you’ll enjoy a Bavarian-inspired supper prepared with seasonal ingredients at the hotel’s Brasserie Cuvilliès. Day 2 - Munich

Your first day in Munich begins with a walking tour through the Viktualienmarkt. Nestled in the heart of the city, this bustling food market has been a culinary institution for over two centuries, offering a vibrant range of tastes that capture the essence of Bavarian cuisine. A few minutes’ walk away is the Rathaus Glockenspiel, whose chimes and performances you can watch several times a day. From there, you can explore the city’s quaint cobblestone alleyways, lined with boutiques, cafés, and beer gardens. After a break, you’ll enjoy the inaugural Michelin-starred dinner of the journey.

Day 3 - From Munich to Salzburg

After checking out of Rosewood Munich, a brewing experience awaits you at Ayinger, one of Europe’s most advanced breweries. Go behind the scenes and discover how the perfect mixture of hops, water, yeast and malt creates their award-winning beer. Conclude the experience with a delectable Bavarian lunch and craft beer pairing before making your way to Rosewood Schloss Fuschl and Salzburg. On your way you will enjoy farm-to-table dining experiences and curated hands-on cooking classes for an authentic immersion into the region’s gastronomic heritage. Meet local artisans, chefs and farmers, including the Tegyu Beef farm that supplies Rosewood Munich’s Brasserie Cuvilliès and visit the nearby Lake Tegernsee—a beautiful viewing spot that shows the best of rural Bavaria.

Day 4 - Salzburg

Wake up in Rosewood Schloss Fuschl and enjoy breakfast overlooking the lake. The property is surrounded by mountains and forests, its architecture resembling a fairytale castle. Day 5 - Salzburg

Enjoy a leisurely morning and lunch at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl before departing to Salzburg. You will visit the finest chocolatiers and confectioners in the town to try Mozartkugel, indulgent chocolates filled with marzipan, pistachio cream and nougat, and named after the famous composer. Then later, that evening, enjoy an aperitif at one of the city’s cosy cafes or wine bars before sitting down for your Michelin-starred dinner of the journey.

Day 6 - Vienna

Your journey from Rosewood Schloss Fuschl to Rosewood Vienna is perfectly punctuated with wine-tasting at the picturesque Wachau Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with rolling hills, terraced vineyards, and charming villages nestled along the tranquil Danube River. Learn about the uniquely rocky terroir of Domäne Wachau, concluding the experience with tasting the finest Riesling and Grüner Veltliner, two of the region’s most celebrated wines. After a delectable Austrian lunch with wine-pairing in the Wachau Valley, you will be heading to Rosewood Vienna. Day 7 - Vienna

After breakfast you will start your day with a grand culinary walking tour of Vienna. Stroll through the enchanting streets of the city as you immerse yourself in the Vienna’s vibrant food scene. Visit the city’s most iconic landmarks including St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Hofburg Palace, and explore the city’s insider spots sampling Viennese delicacies including crispy Wiener Schnitzel and savory Tafelspitz to delicately sweet Sachertorte and Apfelstrudel. The culinary journey culminates at the Vienna State Opera, where you’ll toast to the end of the adventure with a glass of sparkling Austrian wine. Return to Rosewood Vienna, where you can relax and freshen up before indulging in one last meal at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The next day after breakfast a private transfer from Rosewood Vienna will take you to Vienna Airport.
